My novel, Three Years with the Rat, was published in Canada by Penguin / Hamish Hamilton in August 2016, in the United States by Macmillan / St. Martin’s Press / Thomas Dunne Books in January 2017, and in Romania by RAO Distibutie Srl. You can read about it here or here.
Plenty of people had nice things to say about “the Rat book”, including Publisher’s Weekly, Booklist, Kirkus, and Quill & Quire, as well as writers I admire, like Annabel Lyon and Blake Crouch. It was nominated for the Kobo Emerging Writer Prize, longlisted for the Sunburst Award, and one of the National Post’s top 25 books of the year.
I’m usually working on other writing of some kind, and might one day release another book, or game, or show.

I did a bunch of interview/explanation things for the release of Three Years with the Rat. Here and here are two different thorough breakdowns on the book’s origin and philosophy.

My story Hackles at The Walrus.
